My Very First Blog Post

Hello and thank you for reading my blog! My name is Kim and I am here to share my weight loss journey, get feedback, and share comments/frustrations/victories with whoever shares similar struggles. I just completed week 1 of my journey with weight watchers, and so far I've lost 2.8 pounds. Victory! 
To anyone reading this blog, I want you to know this is going to be very candid, honest, and perhaps more info than you want to know. I will post "TMI" in the posts that are more graphic in terms of talking about issues related to women's bodies as well as food and digestion. This blog will get personal, I hope you don't mind! This is mainly a place for me to feel safe and free to share, and I am open to constructive comments. Also, I am not that worried about spelling and grammar, so please keep corrective comments to yourself. Thanks so much, and I will be posting again soon!
